Head Space Daily Words...
We've been religiously watching Modern Family for the past few weeks on Netflix. For those who don't know, it is a laugh out loud, family centred, American sitcom. We watched an episode one evening, where Phil Dunphy has a facial, lying back taking things easy, whilst his wife Claire is dashing about, picking up, dropping off, sorting things out. The following day I was caught mid Pilates move, by a phone call from my wife - who was out getting things done - to check a light fitting in the dining room. I went downstairs, a touch annoyed to have been forced to break my rhythm, to take a look. When she got back, my wife asked me why the light shade in the hallway had been removed. In my preoccupied stretching state I had checked the wrong light fitting. Luckily the bulb still worked in the dining room but for that moment, I felt like Phil Dunphy.
