Head Space Daily Words...
I recently came across a framed copy of a Guardian front page (see today's Daily Image) from when I was working as a Production Assistant at the Paramount Comedy Channel in the late 90s. Dom Joly started out at Paramount and we would help him carry out his stunts, from turning up at Liam Gallagher's house wearing Mick Jagger masks and boxing gowns, to the one pictured below, when a group of us gatecrashed the opening of a posh furniture shop on Tottenham Court Road, dressed up as horror characters to greet 'The Prince Of Darkness,' Peter Mandelson. I am dressed as Frankenstein, peeking out between Mandelson and Dom Joly, who is dressed as the devil. Paramount was an incredibly creative place to work and a great laugh. Plenty of careers in comedy and the TV industry were launched there and I doubt I will work anywhere like it again...
