The BBC should locate the next series of Spring Watch to my mum and dad's back garden. It is like a bird sanctuary. A huge bird feeding device, consisting of various nut holders hanging from an ornate metal frame, proudly stands as it's centrepiece. They can tell you a tale or two about the range of great, blue and willow tits, jays, linnets, chiff-chaffs, woodpeckers, magpies, robins and dunnocks. It is a good job their cat is so fat or else there would be a regular bird massacre...
