The Underground is pretty damn amazing, keeping London moving, working, flowing. It is 150 years old this year. I wonder what it was like when it first began. Slow probably. There's a good Transport For London poster actually, showing people dressed for different eras, going up an escalator. As for the tube map, wow. A work of art, sheer colour coded genius. I wonder if it will change much over the next 150 years...
