Tonight there were leaving drinks at a neighbour's house for another neighbour who is moving away. I had a good chat with our next door neighbour's daughter, who is fourteen, about music and how it is one big journey of discovery and how one thing leads to another and it is all interconnected. I think she really gets it, or maybe she was humouring me and just being nice. Anyway, what an exciting age fourteen is to be discovering music. I hope she has an exciting musical journey that keeps on running...
