When I first listened to the Pixies Doolittle album at the age of 16, I was blown away. It made me feel excited, intimidated, elated and nervous all at the same time, with the demonic screeching of Black Francis and the angelic backing of Kim Deal merely adding to the confusion. Still one of my all time favourite albums...
